Home or Building Claims
- Attend to injured people
- Remove downed trees from structures
- Do not do anything that negates safety
- Board up broken windows
- Take a few photos
- Call a plumber to fix broken pipes
- Temporarily patch roof with a tarp
- Protect personal property from the elements
Automobile Claims
- Attend to injured people
- Do not do anything that negates safety
- If the vehicle is drivable, make sure it is safe to drive...headlights, taillights, and turn signals function properly. If not, temporarily repair these items.
- Take the auto to a repair shop of your choice and get an estimate. In most circumstances, only one estimate is necessary.
